Throughout the 2011-2012 school year, Granger Middle School has followed the PBIS model of offering numerous activities for student learning and growth regarding expected school behaviors. Additionally, there are various opportunities in place at Granger for the acknowledgment of positive student behaviors.
Throughout the year, students who have demonstrated the expectations have been rewarded with a 24 –Hour Homework Extension Pass, a 2 Point Extra-Credit Pass, and structured “free time” activities at the end of the 1st semester that consisted of movies, karaoke, board games, gym time, a reading room, a Wii room, and an author Skype.
During the week of April 9th, all students with NO DETENTIONS AND NO REFERRALS for 3rd quarter received a 24 Hour Homework Pass during their advisory periods. Please ask your student(s) about this incentive and please contact me should you have any questions. Thank you for the continued support.
