If your student needs an early dismissal from school, parents must send a note with your student, with the following information:

· Student’s Name

· Grade

· Reason for early dismissal

· The time you will be picking your student up from school

· Your Name and who will be picking up the student

· Phone # you can be reached if there are any questions

Student should bring the note directly to the main office when they arrive to school. Your student will meet you by the greeter desk, at the time designated on the note.

Students will be given an early dismissal pass to show their teacher. This will allow them to be dismissed without any disruption to the class. Your students’ learning is of the utmost importance and at the center of everything we do here at Granger. We value the instructional time of each student so much that we are working to reduce the amount of interruptions to the classrooms throughout the school day.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to minimize the interruptions to student learning.
